She's one of the most popular international entertainers in Taiwan, and Lady Gaga received the royal treatment as she visited the central Taichung government offices on Sunday (July 3).

With numerous fans dressed up in the "Born This Way" singer's likeness, Gaga was decked out in a colorful Taiwanese ensemble as she joined Taichung Mayor Jason Hu and a group of children onstage to be presented with a key to the city.

With Mayor Hu also proclaiming July 3rd as Lady Gaga Day, the 25-year-old did her best to entertain while leading the youngsters from the Tai Ya tribe in a dance session.

Gaga is visiting the island for a five-day promotional tour for her new album "Born This Way,"with a launch event to be held later in the evening at the Taichung Arena.

Celeb GOSSIP » Lindsay Lohan's 25th Birthday Dinner Celebration

Opting for a low-key affair rather than a high-profile fete, Lindsay Lohan stepped out to celebrate her 25th birthday in Malibu, California on Saturday night (July 2).

Still less than a week removed from being released from house arrest, the "Georgia Rule" actress was decked out in a dazzling white mini dress and baby pink peep toe heels as she was ushered into Geoffrey's restaurant for her birthday dinner.

According to sources on the scene, Miss Lohan was joined by her younger sister, Ali, along with a few friends at the popular eatery situated on the Pacific coastline.

And while the birthday meal was just what the doctor ordered, Lindsay received an unwelcome present from the law earlier in the day - as paparazzi snapped up photos while a parking enforcement officer placed a ticket on her black Cadillac Escalade's windshield after the actress parked her SUV illegally in an alley outside of her Venice home.

Celeb GOSSIP » Kourtney Kardashian Spends "An Evening with Scott Disick"

Accompanying her man as he played host to a Sin City soiree, Kourtney Kardashian was alongside Scott Disick at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas last night (July 2).

The E! reality star lovers were all dressed up as they hit up Sugar Factory for a bite to eat before arriving at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens for a Fourth of July weekend bash called "An Evening with Scott Disick".

Tweeting about his event in hopes of drawing an impressive crowd, Scott persuasively wrote, "chateau night club in vegas will 100 percent be the best party in vegas tonight! #july4thweekend"

Among those accepting the invite were Brittny and Lisa Gastineau, along with Colin Cunningham and Jareb Dauplaise.

Interestingly enough, Scott's party happened to be competing with Kourtney's brother's function, as Rob Kardashian was busy hosting his own gathering down the street at Jet nightclub in the Mirage Hotel and Casino.

Celeb GOSSIP » Prince William & Kate Middleton Sail Into Quebec City

After spending the night sailing along the scenic St. Lawrence Seaway aboard a Canadian navy frigate, Prince William and Kate Middleton made their grand arrival in Quebec City on Sunday (July 3).

First partaking in an interfaith prayer service on the deck of the HMCS Montreal, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge proceeded to disembark the sea vessel while once again facing French-speaking separatist protests as they spoke briefly with Grand Chef (Grand Chief) of Wendake, Konrad Sioui.

From there, William and Kate were taken to meet with residents of La Maison Dauphine, a center that helps homeless youths, which was to be followed by a military ceremony and the 375th-year celebration of the city of Levis.

Once finished up with the Quebec City duties, the royal newlyweds will be heading to Prince Edward Island - which happens to be the locale in which Miss Middleton's favorite childhood book, "Anne of Green Gables," is based.

Meanwhile, Prince William is said to be looking forward to the July 4th stop thanks to plans to partake in a search and rescue demonstration.

Celeb GOSSIP » Novak Djokovic Tops Rafael Nadal for Wimbledon Men's Title

With the top two players in the world facing off against one another, the Wimbledon Men's Final took place at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London, England on Sunday (July 3).

Turning into quite the heated battle after a runaway start, Novak Djokovic ended up holding onto his big lead to top Rafael Nadal in four sets by a score of 6-4, 6-1, 1-6, 6-3.

The top-ranked Serbian jumped out to a quick lead, as he breezed through the first two sets before his Spaniard competitor found new life while taking the third set in dominant fashion.

With famous faces including U.S Open golf champion Rory McIlroy, along with actor Alan Rickman and race car driver Jenson Button watching on, Djokovic ended up regaining his composure while claiming the fourth set for the coveted title.

Novak joins Petra Kvitova as this year's Wimbledon champions, as Miss Kvitova topped Maria Sharapova in straight sets the previous day for the Women's title.

During her heavy duty "Transformers" media blitz, Miss Huntington-Whiteley attended numerous premieres while also partaking in multiple magazine cover shoots - including the July 2011 issue of British GQ.
