Ashley Cole wants to marry Cheryl again, but they just got divorced!

It's been nine months since Ashley and Cheryl Cole got divorced, but now Ashley has revealed his intention to marry Cheryl again! This statement comes shortly after the couple was seen kissing, in front of their friends and family, at Cheryl's 28th birthday party. The couple apparently started seeing each other again about six months ago. A 'source' tells the Daily Mail "Ash made it clear to all his friends that he wanted to win Cheryl back, and they've been properly in touch for the past six months, meeting at his brother Matty's house. They've spent so many evenings together, it was all like a covert operation. There was a kiss here and there, but things got a little bit more intimate just before Cheryl went to America."

The only one who's not jumping up and down out of pure bliss is Cheryl's mother, Joan Callaghan. According to the source "the only big opposition is Joan, she's really depressed about this." Hopefully Joan will cheer up, when she hears that "Ashley has got his wife back, and this time it's for keeps," another source tells The Mirror. "He has learned from his mistakes and knows he messed up, but he's promised Cheryl he will change."

It's over for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver. Two months after it came out that Arnold fathered a child with his longtime housekeeper Maria has filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court. She cited irreconcilable differences as the ground of divorce and seeks shared custody of their two minor sons Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13. The couple is also parents to Katherine, 21, and Christina, 19. Maria also asks for spousal support and for Arnold to pay her attorney fees.

In early May the couple announced their split, at that point it was unclear if it would be permanent, as both parties needed to sort their feelings. The couple, who were married for 25 years, split when Maria found out that Arnold is the father of 13-year old Joseph, the son of Mildred Beana, the couple's longtime housekeeper.

After almost 6 years of marriage rocker Jack White and his model-singer wife Karen Elson are done. They are getting a divorce. However, no nasty split or custody fights for these two, because if they go out, they go out with a bang... well, a divorce party in this case.

The estranged couple released a joint statement today that read: "Karen Elson and Jack White announce today that they are getting divorced," the two say in a joint statement released by their rep. "We remain dear and trusted friends and co-parents to our wonderful children Scarlett and Henry Lee.We feel so fortunate for the time we have shared and the time we will continue to spend both separately and together watching our children grow. In honor of that time shared, we are throwing a divorce party. An evening together in Nashville to re-affirm our friendship and celebrate the past and future with close friends and family."

The party will be held this Friday in Nashville and is meant solely for close friends and family (no plus ones or dead beats, as the invitation reads). Jack, 35, and Karen, 32, married in 2005 in Brazil and live in Nashville with their two children, Scarlett, 5, and Henry Lee, 4 in August.

Ryan Reynolds opens up about divorce.

Even though he says that "the media wasn't invited to my marriage, and they're definitely not invited into the divorce," Ryan Reynolds has opened up (a little bit) about his divorce from Scarlett Johansson. Reynolds is quoted as saying that anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but eventually they'll get out of it, stronger. He says that he hasn't reached that point yet, but that he feels more positive and a different man then six months ago. As far as marriage is concerned, he doesn't think that he'll ever get married again, however that might change in the future, since at the moment he isn't ready to jump back into the dating pool, let alone think about marrying again: "[dating] just seems so kind of alien to me at this point. I've been in relationships pretty much since high school. Some people look at that as a good thing. I think wiser people might see that as a house of cards."
