Kidman had been married twice, first to actor Tom Cruise, and then to singer Keith Urban.
He met Cruise in December 1989 on the set of 1990 movie Day of Thunder. Kidman and Cruise were married on Christmas Eve 1990 in Telluride, Colorado. The couple adopted a daughter, Isabella Jane (born December 22, 1992), and a son, Connor Anthony (born January 17, 1995). They separated on May 25, 1998.
