Thomas Cruise Mapother IV was born on July 3, 1962, better known as Tom Cruise. Tom Cruise is an American film actor and producer. Tom Cruise has been nominated for three Academy Awards and won three Golden Globe awards. Tom Cruise's first major film debut in Francis Ford Coppola film, The Outsiders, was released in March 1983. Tom Cruise's first major role was in the movie Risky Business, which was released in August 1983. Cruise's early life was so tough that a bona fide miracle that he came so far. Tom Cruise was born Thomas Cruise Mapother IV in Syracuse, New Jersey on July 3, 1962, nomadic parents. His mother, Mary Lee Pfeiffer from Louisiana, had married Thomas Cruise Mapother III, an electronics engineer from the University of Kentucky, whose job with General Electric took them all over. Princess Anne Lee was born in Louisville, then Marian, Tom and Cass (a third daughter) was born in Syracuse. Then they moved to Ottawa, to Missouri, back to New Jersey, and returned to Louisville, before finally divorcing when Tom 11.

After playing the role of a heroic naval pilot in the movie Gun popular and financially successful 1986 Top, Tom Cruise continues this vein, playing a secret agent in a series of Mission: Impossible action films in the 1990s and 2000s.
