When asked about the father of her son, Augustin James, Linda Evangelista always kept mum, saying that he was a New York architect. The moment that rumours started to swirl that Francois Henri Pinault might be the father of Augustin, they both denied. However, the supermodel, 46, has started a court procedure for a custody agreement, which proves that the fashion billionaire (he owns Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent) really is the father of the 4 1/2 year old boy.
Augustin was conceived in early 2006, when Francois and Salma Hayek, 44, were 'on a break'. They got back together and their daughter, Valentina Paloma, was conceived in early 2007. The couple married in 2009.
